Welcome to our non-profit organization specializing in yoga and Paddle surf, where we focus on connecting with nature and conserving the seas. We firmly believe that practicing these sports disciplines enriches not only our physical health but also our relationship with the environment.\n\nWe are committed to being an environmentally respectful entity on the Catalan coast, where we carry out occasional events to promote the conservation of the marine environment. These events are an opportunity for members of our community to come together for a common cause and learn about the issues facing our marine environment. Additionally, these events allow us to collect important data on the health of the seas, which we share with organizations working to protect them.\n\nOur events are not only an opportunity to learn and take action, but also to connect with other members of the community who share our passion for yoga and Paddle surf. Meeting new people and sharing unique experiences is one of the most rewarding parts of belonging to our organization. That's why we strive to create a welcoming and friendly environment for all our members.\n\nIn addition to our conservation events, we also offer regular yoga and Paddle surf classes for those who want to improve their practice or simply try something new. Our classes are designed to accommodate all skill levels, from beginners to advanced. We take pride in offering a safe and welcoming environment for our members to learn and grow in their practice.\n\nWe understand that practicing these sports disciplines can be beneficial for mental and physical health and can also help alleviate stress and anxiety. That's why we are committed to offering a complete experience to our members, focusing on their well-being both in and out of the water.\n\nIn summary, our organization is a community where the connection with nature, sports practice, and conservation of the seas come together.
