What is SUP Yoga?
SUP Yoga (Stand Up Paddle Yoga) merges traditional yoga with paddle surfing. Practiced on a wide, stable board, it brings the session to the sea, enhancing balance, focus, and presence.
It strengthens your body, reduces stress, calms your nervous system, and offers a deep sense of freedom and connection you won’t forget.
