The use of our services as well as the purchase of our products will imply that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Use in this document. All the products that are offered by our website could be created, charged, sent or presented by a third party website and in such case they would be subject to their own Terms and Conditions. In some cases, to acquire a product, registration by the user will be necessary, with the entry of reliable personal data and the definition of a password.

REFUND AND WARRANTY POLICY

In the case of products that are irrevocable non-tangible merchandise, we do not make refunds once the product is purchased, you have the responsibility to understand before buying it. We ask that you read carefully before purchasing. We only make exceptions to this rule when the description does not match the product. There are some products that may have a guarantee and the possibility of reimbursement, but this will be specified when purchasing the product. In such cases, the warranty will only cover factory faults and will only be effective when the product has been used correctly. The warranty does not cover breakdowns or damage caused by improper use. The terms of the guarantee are associated with manufacturing faults and operation under normal conditions of the products and these terms will only be effective if the equipment has been used correctly. ANTI-FRAUD CHECK

The customer’s purchase may be deferred for anti-fraud check. It can also be suspended for a longer time for a more rigorous investigation, to prevent fraudulent transactions.

Purchase of Classes / Packs

The classes or packs purchased with an account will be for the sole use of this person, it will not be possible to buy a pack and use it with several different people.
If you want to use the classes of a pack more, you can transfer it “once” to another person, to use this pack.

Cancellation of Classes

Once the reservation is made, the class can be canceled 24 hours before the selected time. The amount will not be refunded, the schedule can be changed using both the individual class and the pack class.

Individual classes / Packs:

Once the purchase is made, you can only make a change of name of the reservation. The amount of this purchase cannot be refunded.

INSURANCE:

Centre SUPYOGA Catalunya has Civil Liability and Accident insurance that covers any incident that occurs on its premises or any accidents that students may suffer during activities organized by our club.

CONDITIONS FOR SUP YOGA TRAINING:

How to enroll?

Students must enroll online.

To enroll in the training, it is necessary to:

  • Fill out the registration form completely.
  • Pay the full amount of the training by choosing the payment method.

Once we receive all the documentation and payment, the club confirms and sends the confirmation of the spot for the training

What does the course price include?

  • Training manual
  • Training diploma
  • Meals for the four days of the training
  • Access to the facilities of Club Patí de Vela
  • Technical equipment for the training (wetsuit, Paddle Surf board with paddle)

How can I cancel or modify a registration?

Cancellations:

  • The payment for the training will not be refunded under any circumstances, except:
  • If the cancellation is due to force majeure that prevents the student from attending or continuing the training, it must be justified with a document (medical, legal, etc.).

Course development:

  • All classes are taught in Spanish.
  • The minimum age to participate in our courses is 18 years old.
  • The groups will consist of a maximum of 10 students and a minimum of 3.

How to pay?

The student must pay the full amount of the training (€490) with a credit card or in installments through our website.

Credit card:
Through our website www.supyoga.cat, select the payment method “Credit Card (Stripe)” and enter the necessary details.

Installments:
Through our website www.supyoga.cat, select the payment method “Payment in Installments (Only for 2023 training)” and enter the necessary details.

The student will receive an email from “GoCardless” to complete the installment payment request. Centre SUP Yoga Catalunya will use the “GoCardless” platform, based in London, to process the installment payments.

To make the installment payments, it will be necessary to provide the following information to “GoCardless”:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • ID number
  • Contact phone number
  • IBAN number
  • The maximum number of installments allowed for

Payment will be 4 months.

With all the aforementioned, the user is informed that Centre SUP Yoga Catalunya is only an intermediary between the installment payment applicant and the “GoCardless” platform and may take any legal measures necessary to ensure all installment payments are fulfilled.

 

CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERS:

Membership duration:
The membership of a member of Club Esportiu Centre SUP Ioga Catalunya in the annual membership program has a minimum duration of one year. After that year, the renewal will be fully automatic, and the member can notify the club at any time to cancel their subscription.

If the member decides to cancel after the one-year period of membership and wishes to rejoin the program in the future, the annual membership will become active again.

Membership benefits:
The membership program allows the member to obtain a series of benefits as long as they are subscribed to the program and pay the stipulated monthly fee. They can benefit from the following activities and any others expressly notified at the time of enrollment:

  • 20% discount on packages, individual classes, specifically designated events, and yoga workshops.
    Monthly delivery of meditations and well-being resources for everyday life.
  • Monthly delivery of tips and exclusive content about SUP yoga.
  • Exclusive interviews on well-being related to the sea, spirituality, and sports.
  • Monthly free events for members.

Refunds:
No refunds will be made under any circumstances.

Personal use conditions:
The membership program of Club Esportiu Centre SUP Ioga Catalunya is strictly for personal use. Therefore, no one other than the person listed in the membership subscription can benefit from the aforementioned advantages.

However, an annual membership subscription to the program can be gifted to someone else by indicating the beneficiary’s name in the purchase comments.
