We are a non-profit sports club specialized in the practice of SUP YOGA. We are committed to respecting the environment and our Catalan coast. We organize events to promote the conservation of the marine environment. These events bring our community together for a common cause and educate about the issues facing our marine environment. Additionally, they allow us to collect valuable data on the health of the seas, which we share with organizations working to protect them.
We offer classes throughout the year on the Somorrostro beach in Barcelona and during the summer we offer unique experiences throughout Catalonia with our SUP Yoga Tour.

What is SUP Yoga?
SUP YOGA is a discipline in which YOGA is practiced on a STAND UP PADDLE SURF board, so it is always done on a water surface.
I attended a SUP Yoga class at dawn and thought it was a super cool experience. Teacher Daina was super nice and professional, and she also took many beautiful photos of us. I really liked it and I would definitely repeat!

My experience was totally recommended! It is a transformative activity that relaxes you while challenging you to practice yoga on the sea. The girl is very professional. I would repeat without a doubt! I recommend doing it at sunrise if there is a chance to enjoy incredible views of the sky.

Got all the equipment and basic instructions, all the staff was super helpful and the teacher was amazing. Had a really fun time, learned a lot and definitely coming back soon.

I decided to do the level 1 sup yoga training with supyogacat and it is the best decision I could make!The format of online theory and 1 intensive day of practice at the center was brutal and is very well thought out and structured.Apart from the energy, patience, attention and knowledge that Daina transmits... she is a great teacher and great little person.It flew by and I really enjoyed the training, the center, the sea, the sup yoga and the company and talk of all the wonderful women who were there that day ☺️Looking forward to level 2 and to continue adding experiences like this 🌊🧘🏽♀️🩵

I have practiced supyoga several times with them and I will continue to repeat them, they are in Barcelona and in other parts of the Catalan coast. The instructors are very close and adapt the level. It's incredible to be able to practice yoga and improve your stability in the sea! Every year they celebrate the Supyoga day event, where you also do yoga and paddlesurf and meet great people. I have done the intensive training with Daina and I am very happy. She has given us her long experience in teaching, we have tried the SUP yoga boards designed by her (awesome!!) and we have had a lot of fun. He has also left us a complete manual to review everything we have practiced in the water in case it was necessary and some very nice lycras. Time flew by!!! Super highly recommended experience ☺️
100% recommended experience. A friend suggested we take a class and we went as a group. The classes are great, the teachers explain each step to do the different postures very clearly, always adapting the level according to what each person can do, so that you never feel like you can't do something. The feeling of doing yoga in the water is indescribable, you are very concentrated trying not to fall into the water and at the same time you have a lot of fun. And at the end the moment of relaxation with the movement of the water is another level. You leave there happy.

Wonderful! The class is challenging because you need to keep balance, but it is fun and the teacher is great! There are lockers, showers and toilets too, very convenient 🙂
Excellent, the teacher is very friendly and the experience is super relaxing, practicing yoga with the sound of the sea and being able to touch the water and see the beautiful passage around you is the best.
