What activities can I do with the day pass?

With the day pass, you can enjoy the following activities:

SUP Yoga Class: A yoga session conducted on a paddle surfboard. It combines the stability of SUP with the benefits of yoga to achieve a unique and balanced experience.

Yoga Class: A traditional yoga session that will help you relax, stretch your body, and connect with your mind. An opportunity to deepen your yoga practice in a calm and inspiring environment.

SUP Rental: You will have the opportunity to rent a paddle surfboard for 1 hour. You can explore the waters of Palamós and enjoy a fun outdoor sporting activity.

These three activities are included in the price of the day pass.

I don't want to do all the activities, can I do some activities separately?

Yes, you can pay separately for paddle surf rental and yoga class.

Is there parking available?

Yes, once you have purchased the day pass, you can email us at info@supyoga.cat inquiring about parking, and we will send you a link to make a reservation and purchase prepaid parking vouchers (1€ / hour). The regular price is 2.5€ / hour.

How long does the day last?

We will be at the port from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You can check the available schedules for all activities on the different calendars.
