SUPYoga Sant Martí d’Empúries, the beach where we do the class is located next to the ruins of Empúries of a medieval nature.
It is a large beach, very open with crystal clear waters and sandy bottom.
We have a breakwater on the side that protects us from the days of strong Tramuntana, however in this environment we depend a lot on the wind every day.

In 2020 we created the SUP YOGA TOUR:
The first SUP Yoga Tour dedicated to bringing the practice of SUP Yoga to as many people as possible in different aquatic environments.
This is our main objective to be able to reach different audiences, ages and demonstrate that SUP Yoga has no age or location limits.
Often, we meet people who, due to their age or physical condition, do not dare to try our classes. Offering SUP Yoga in lakes, pools or environments where the water is calmer is perfect to get rid of that fear and enjoy SUP Yoga for the first time, guaranteeing a calm and calm aquatic environment.
We also meet people who live far from the Mediterranean coast, in the interior of Catalonia and it is not possible for them to try our SUP Yoga classes in Barcelona even if they are dying to! That’s why we approached and created this unforgettable experience!
