Yoga is an ancient practice that allows us to stretch and relax our bodies and minds. A Yoga class aims to bring your mind to a state of complete relaxation through asanas (body postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and a final relaxation session.

Yoga aims to provide a pause from our daily routines filled with obligations, giving your mind a break.

Enjoying a Yoga class has multiple benefits for both the body and mind, so don’t miss the opportunity and experience Yoga in the city of Barcelona.

Why Yoga?

One of the main benefits of yoga is its ability to reduce stress and anxiety. Through the breathing and meditation techniques used in this practice, it's possible to lower the heart rate and decrease the production of cortisol, the stress hormone. In addition, yoga can also improve flexibility, muscular strength, and posture. The different yoga postures, known as asanas, can stretch and strengthen the muscles, improve blood circulation, and reduce the risk of injuries.

With each Yoga class in which you collaborate, you are supporting a project in which we are committed: Yoga Sin Fronteras.

Our non-profit organization collaborates with
YOGA SIN FRONTERAS by making donations and participating in volunteer Yoga classes for vulnerable and socially excluded groups.
